STAY AWAY!
This company lies to both their clients and staff.
As of February 2022, all claim submissions and payment posting has been outsource ls overseas. If you choose to use this company, you are exposing not only your practice information but also your patient’s information to parties that are not HIPAA compliant in India and the Philippines.
They essentially replaced 100 dental billers with years of experience with outsourced staff that was given a week of dental billing training. There is no oversight or quality control.
Unless you want to be lied to and want your patient’s identity stolen, this is a company that you need to avoid at all costs.
