This corporate organization will try to conform & mold you to be “their way” . Here patients are a chart number not a person.

pay for essential workers:. Since the pandemic (2 yrs ago) I’ve received a total of $750 which was heavily taxed! My favorite was a bonus in 2020 of $75 for a front line worker/nurse! That is why I made the switch back to the other local healthcare system her in Virginia. They pay everyone Maintenance to nurses a essential worker bonus (as should be) approx every 6-8 months. Riverside pocketed over $2 million (proven fact).

As for raises: 1%-1.5% of previous yr salary IF your lucky. Keeping annual evaluations with low scores is less payout to employees, keeping office costs lower in turn awarding managers for “staying within or under budget” in turn gives the manager a generous bonus(my bff IS a manager with this organization)

TRUST ME I’ve been a nurse for 27 yrs & in 5 states…this company is far at the bottom of my list. 1 star because an LPN only makes on average $2-$3.50 more than a CMA & only $3 less than an RN
**their idea of being a team player is: pick up everybody’s slack or fix what a “team member” messed up.

Great place to work. Strong talent and good work/life balance. Good culture, no pressure. Couple of really nice girls in the office and quite a relaxed atmosphere.
