The management is ambitious and open to ideas. Many paid holidays, flexible schedule, workload, union representation. Fantastic mission and dedicated frontline staff.

Full-time with plenty of overtime if you want it. Really helpful training of junior staff. The amount of business skill sets learned astounds me.
