These reviews are obviously made from management. indeed, reviews will prove it. This company is awful to work for. If you are lower than management expect to be treated unfairly, if you are a woman, expect to be treated even worse and paid less.

The morale is terrible, favoritism is very alive, and don't expect promotions easily. Many of the older employees have a "not my job" personality and do not help. You're expected to work overtime and give them your life without any type of compensation let alone a thank you. At least you get an hour break though... if you have the time. They don't take constructive criticism well.

If you suggest on behalf of the betterment of the employees, upper management is immediately offended and you are automatically targeted. Upper management WILL lie to you and the rules only apply when it's convenient for them.

You're better off unemployed rather than work here.

The clients are wonderful and a pleasure to work with. Quick hiring, fairly dynamic environment. Very competitive pay great team atmosphere vacation, and Insurance available.
